Create a new sheet for all Unique values or paste it below the existing data if the sheet exists

The range for the code example below looks like this
Column A : Header in A1 = Country, A2:A? = Country names
Column B : Header in B1 = Name, B2:B? = Names
Column C : Header in C1 = Gender, C2:C? = F or M
Column D : Header in D1 = Birthday, D2:D? = Dates

This example copy all rows with the same value in the first column of the range to a new worksheet. It will do this for every unique value in this column. The sheets will be named after the Unique value.
If the sheet already exists the data will be pasted below the existing data on that worksheet.

Check if the information in these lines in the macro is correct before you run the macro

1: Set filter range on ActiveSheet: A1 is the top left cell of your filter range and the header of the first column, D is the last column in the filter range. You can also add the sheet name to the code like this :
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:D" & LastRow(Worksheets("Sheet1")))
No need that the sheet is active then when you run the macro when you use this.
Set My_Range = Range("A1:D" & LastRow(ActiveSheet))

2: Set the Filter field:This example filter on the first column in the range (change the field if needed). In this case the range starts in A so Field 1 is column A, 2 = column B, ......
FieldNum = 1

3:Important:This macro call a functions named LastRow and SheetExists.
You find them below the macro, copy the functions together with the macro in a standard module

Tip

If you want to clear the data on a existing sheet first before you paste the data instead of paste the data below the existing data on it you can do this :

Replace

Set WSNew = Sheets(cell.Text)
Lr = LastRow(WSNew)
Set DestRange = WSNew.Range("A" & Lr + 1)

With

Set WSNew = Sheets(cell.Text)
WSNew.UsedRange.Cells.ClearContents
Set DestRange = WSNew.Range("A1")


And remove this

If Lr > 1 Then WSNew.Range("A" & Lr + 1).EntireRow.Delete


Note: You not need the LastRow function anymore if you make the changes above
